The Greatest of the industry at Industry Days
Four days at HUNGEXPO Budapest Fair Center
Participants of the Industry Days joint exhibition will fill nearly ten thousand sq. meters of HUNGEXPO Budapest Fair Center with their products and services despite the economic crunch in order to exploit the market boosting effects of exhibitions. Between 19 and 22 of May, 305 exhibitors from 16 countries, including Hungary, will display the latest innovations in machinery production, welding technology, electronics, and electro-technology at the Mach-Tech and the Electrosalon exhibitions.
Industry Days will be made "smoother" by a total of 18 different professional events. In addition to the latest developments, visitors will also gain loads of new information on the future of the industrial sectors, the ways leading out of the crisis, innovative solutions, and vocational training. One of the key subjects of the conference programme will be Hungary's energy security. The Hungary-developed, award-winner CNC milling machines and the offers of the Innovation stand are predicted to draw great interest from the profession.
In addition to specific attractions, visitors may also obtain extensive information on leasing opportunities.
Strong international presence
Including Hungary, a total of 16 countries will be represented on Industry Days. The appearance of China is a hot favourite setting up the prestigious China Hi-tech Fair for the first time in Europe in the Electrosalon. The grandiose hi-tech expo is expected to be an ideal opportunity for making business for Hungarian companies as well.
Innovation over everything
Mach-Tech will present the exceptional versatility behind the machine engineering industry. The rich range of various tool fitting, chipping, plate forming, and laser chipping machines and tools, the wide range of quality assurance, measuring technology, and software applications are a real treat for visitors of the profession.
The innovative designs of future engineer generations are on show at Mach-Tech. Students from Hungarian technical tertiary schools entering isel Hungária Automatizálás Kft.'s nation-wide machine competition have designed and manufactured a CNC milling machine used to work on PCBs. The entries are also on display at the exhibition.
Known market leaders will present what hi-tech of the future is holding for us at Mach-Tech. Novelties include fair-award-winner laser-cutting machine, swing feeding robot lathe, digital stereo-microscope laser welding machine, universal electrodes revolutionising welding technology, innovation making stud welding a reality, polishers and grinders, new digital radiographic system, welding training simulator, and a software application which significantly shortens administrative system.
Visitors to Electrosalon will see novelties from the field of electro-technology, with strong emphasis on R&D and quality assurance. Car alarm system and car protection solutions, as well as the latest developments in industrial electronics, the versatile use of industrial robotics will make the exhibition a real spectacle. Owing to the latest generation of switchboards sporting the multi-functional features of outdoor switchboards, the most modern lights of lighting technology, and LEDs with a service life of 50,000 hours energy savings of up to 90% may be achieved.
Best in industry
This year seven different products of six companies won the DIPLOM of Grand Prix, the product competititon of Mach-Tech and Electrosalon. The companies show the functioning of their awarded products at their stands and give full information about the machines working areas at the Exhibitors Forum stage.
Professional events
The co-events of Mach-Tech and Electrosalon will make Industry Days even smoother. The two professional exhibitions will be supplemented with a total of 18 different professional programmes, presentations, and shows. The conferences, workshops, and the Exhibitors' Forum provide numerous opportunities for obtaining up-to-date information and presenting market positions - factors that have gained increased importance in economic crisis. The main themes of the wide range of programmes include Hungary's energy security, crisis management, and the opportunities for enterprise development. Industrial sectors and the closely-related expert training are also main features of the expo. Lectures will be given on the subject of international welder training, vocational training in Hungary, the future development of the industry, innovation, the opportunities behind R&D and many other professional topics. The stand of the national tertiary education institutions and research institutes is traditionally supported by the Scientific Society of Mechanical Engineering.
This year's INDUSTRY DAYS event will also present job ads, and current news from HR consulting and employment agencies together with the "JOB SEARCH message wall" in pavilion "A" will provide targeted help to the labour market actors of the sector.
New service: Hungexpo Lounge (Pavilion A, 108/D and Pavilion G 404/A) - „Relaxing-island" where exhibitors and visitors can have a rest, drink fine tea or café and talk about business.
